Return Policy

This Returns Policy forms part of Bear and Bunny Creations terms and conditions and is valid in South Africa only.

- Time - You will have 5 days after delivery to request a return and refund. After the 5 day period you will only qualify for a refund if the goods are determined as defective upon review.

- Method of refund - The refund will be processed back to you by Credit card or EFT.

- Product condition - The Item(s) needs to be unused and undamaged.

- Charges - We charge ZAR90 for return. If the Product is determined as defective, we will include this amount in the refund. Allow for 5 days for funds to reflect.
